We have a number of programs and initiatives to help us attract a diverse workforce. For example, in 2007, UBS has partnered with the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business to offer “Career Comeback” - a unique program for experienced women interested in re-entering the workforce. The pilot program was held for 60 participants in the US and is designed to help women update critical business skills, create strategies for re-entry, and build professional networks.
