Graduate Careers

We recruit top talent at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
We recruit top talent at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

We host and sponsor diversity-related campus events, including targeted recruiting dinners and student-run conferences, such as „Women in Trading” or various career fairs.

UBS sponsors events for which we invite select students from several universities and colleges to our offices to meet and interact with our employees. We plan to continue this focus of education on campus to encourage more diverse students to enter the financial industry.

Participation in key career fairs helps UBS identify, attract and hire top diverse professional level, MBA level, and undergraduate level candidates.

In the US, UBS has actively participated in and provides financial support to several minority group-sponsored career fairs at various colleges and universities, including: Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, National Business and Disability Council, Morehouse Business Association and Howard Honors Program. UBS has also been a major sponsor of the National Black MBA Conference, National Society of Hispanic MBA Conference and the Reaching Out MBA LGBT Conference for the past several years.
