Employee groups are essential for building cross-business relationships and creating an inclusive culture in which all UBS employees thrive.
Employee groups are essential for building cross-business relationships and creating an inclusive culture in which all UBS employees thrive.

Members get together regularly for career development workshops or events, supportive panel discussions and volunteer work. Although UBS has a global Diversity strategy, we have established regional employee groups to respect individual differences in each local culture.

UBS women’s networks around the globe are open to all employees. They provide networking, mentoring and leadership opportunities that encourage professional and personal development.

 

The pride networks built a platform for employees who are interested in creating and sustaining an LGBT friendly environment where people are comfortable being open and honest about their individuality.

 

Targeted at employees who want to learn more about cross-cultural issues and meet colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

UBS family networks aim to make resources available to employees to improve their well being and the well being of their families. By families we mean parents, step-parents, children, siblings, partners, careers or any other family roles.

 

The Heritage networks appeal to employees of different heritages who are interested in growing professionally through training and development, career management and networking opportunities.

 

Employees interested in any area of disability awareness, may wish to join the disAbility Awareness Network, which was established with the aim of attracting and harnessing the talents of people with disabilities.
