Executive Leadership Council
The Executive Leadership Council is an independent, non-profit corporation founded in 1986 to provide African-American executives with a network and leadership forum that adds perspective and direction to the achievement of excellence in business, economic and public policies for the African-American community, corporate America and the public.

Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
Founded in 1982, the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is a leading national non-profit organization dedicated to building Latino careers through leadership, career development of Latino students and experienced professionals and recruitment programs for the acquisition of this talent by leading corporations, the government and other institutional employers.

Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities
The Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities (HACU) was established in 1986. Because of HACU's leadership on behalf of the nation's youngest and fastest-growing population, the Association rapidly grew in numbers and national impact. Today, HACU represents more than 450 colleges and universities committed to Hispanic higher education success. HACU's conferences and special events each year provide a platform for advocacy, information, collaboration, and recognition.

Minority Corporate Counsel Association
The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) was founded in 1997 to advocate for the expanded hiring, retention, and promotion of minority attorneys in corporate law departments and the law firms that serve them. MCCA accomplishes its mission through the collection and dissemination of information about diversity in the legal profession.

The National Association of Asian American Professionals
The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) in New York is a non-profit professional organization that promotes the career advancement and leadership development of Asian American professionals in all fields through networking, respecting Asian multiculturalism, and supporting diversity and community service. There are currently 24 chapters, ventures, and affiliates across the country and a growing national membership of over 3,000.

New America Alliance
The New America Alliance (NAA) is a nonprofit organization of American Latino business leaders committed to leading the process of Latino empowerment and wealth-building by expanding the forms of capital most crucial for economic advancement, including economic capital, political capital, human capital, and philanthropy. UBS patners with the New American Alliance in The Wall Street Summit, an event that directly promotes the economic advancement of Latinos.

Sponsors for Educational Opportunity
The Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1963 as one of New York City's first mentoring programs for high school students of color. Over the past four decades SEO has expanded its programs to benefit more than 5,000 young people, helping them develop throughout high school, college, and their careers. SEO has grown into an established nonprofit organization with offices in New York City and London, more than 50 full-time staff, and programs that serve over 1,000 students, parents, and alumni each year. SEO provides services through three major programs: the Career Program, the Scholars Program, and Alumni & Philanthropy Programs.
