Women's networks

Open to all employees around the globe, UBS’s women’s networks promote the recruitment, retention and advancement of women through networking, mentoring and leadership opportunities offered throughout the year. In addition, several women’s networks host annual leadership conferences.

The first women’s network, All Bar None, was created to inspire and encourage female employees by reinforcing the notion that each employee is an important and contributing member of the organization. All Bar None was so successful in the UK that women in America, Australia & New Zealand, Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, Taiwan and Tokyo have also established chapters with similar goals. Other regional women’s networks include the Women’s Business Networks in Switzerland and Germany.

Furthermore, across APAC, the All Bar None networks have expanded their mission to become more encompassing networks, focusing on issues including development of local talent, promoting the well-being of employees, parenting, disability and cultural awareness.
