UBS sponsors two Heritage networks, which appeal to employees of different heritages who are interested in growing professionally through training and development, career management and networking opportunities.

LEAD (the League of Employees of African Descent network)
LEAD (the League of Employees of African Descent network)

The LEAD (League of Employees of African Descent) network strives to promote the recruitment, advancement and retention of employees of African descent within UBS IB. LEAD offers programs and events, including networking opportunities with senior management through an ongoing executive speakers’ series.

Mosaic (the Asian, Black and Hispanic employee network)

MOSAIC is the firm’s network of Asian, Black and Hispanic employees within Wealth Management US. It is a network of our diverse employees who seek to make a difference for the firm, each other and themselves. MOSAIC’s goal is to be a catalyst for change where employees from diverse ethnicities, cultures and social groups are included as full partners in decisions that shape the organization.
