Cultural Awareness networks

Serving UBS’s international employee population, the Cultural Awareness networks based in the UK and the US are open to all employees.

The mission of these networks is three-fold: to raise awareness of the broad Diversity of cultures; to foster an environment that leverages the cultures of our employees; and to provide a forum to promote cross-cultural understanding among all employees. They also provide support for employees who are working in a new culture. Among other activities, the Cultural Awareness networks host lunchtime interactive seminars on working in cross-cultural teams, and offer regular sessions celebrating various cultures.
