Reporting Structure 
We are committed to transparency in our financial results and we make no distinction between the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we use internally and those for our external audiences. We believe that this approach encourages management discipline.
UBS's financial statements provide segment reporting by Business Group. In addition, the discussion of UBS's results provides further details of our results at a business unit level. This reporting structure is shown in the diagram.
