Strategy Committee

The Strategy Committee supports the Board in discharging its responsibilities in the UBS Group strategy area. For such purpose the Strategy Committee shall initiate, at least twice a year, a review of the UBS Group strategy and of its implementation by the management.

	Peter Kurer Peter Kurer was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM in April 2008 and thereafter appointed as Chairman. He chairs the Corporate Responsibility Committee and the Strategy Committee. CV

	Rainer-Marc Frey Rainer-Marc Frey was elected to the Board of Directors at the EGM in October 2008. He is a member of the Risk Committee and of the Strategy Committee. CV

	Sergio Marchionne Sergio Marchionne was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM in April 2007 and appointed as independent Vice Chairman and Senior Independent Director in 2008. He is a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee and of the Strategy Committee. CV

	Peter Voser Peter Voser was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM in April 2005. He chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Strategy Committee. CV
