Corporate Responsibility Committee

The Corporate Responsibility Committee's mandate is to discuss and judge the relevance of current or anticipated developments in stakeholder expectations related to responsible corporate conduct and their possible consequences for UBS.

The Corporate Responsibility Committee is advised and supported by a number of senior business representatives.

Members

	Peter Kurer Peter Kurer was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM 2008 and thereafter appointed as Chairman. He chairs the Corporate Responsibility Committee and the Strategy Committee. CV

	Sally Bott Sally Bott was elected to the Board of Directors at the EGM in October 2008. She is a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and of the Corporate Responsibility Committee. CV

	Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM 2006. She chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee as well as the Corporate Responsibility Committee. CV

	David Sidwell David Sidwell was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM 2008. He chairs the Risk Committee and the Corporate Responsibility Committee. CV
